Red Bull team principal Christian Horner has revealed that Sergio Perez will not entirely leave the Milton Keynes-based outfit.
The Red Bull boss has confirmed that Perez will perform some show runs next year, despite losing his seat with the team to Liam Lawson.

In the end, Sergio Perez's exit from Red Bull came as no surprise after a dreadful 2024 season in which he hauled a meagre 48 points from the final 18 races.
The Mexican had worked hard to dig himself out of a slump in 2023 and started what would turn out to be his last season with four podiums in the first five races - following Verstappen home for three one-two finishes.

Hamilton set for major F1 partnership change - report
Lewis Hamilton is reportedly set to end his long-term partnership with Monster Energy, to partner with its energy drink rival and Ferrari sponsor Celsius.
According to Sport Business, Hamilton's personal sponsorship with Monster Energy will conclude, which started back in 2017.

Horner hints at Tsunoda Red Bull exit
Red Bull team principal Christian Horner has conceded that releasing Yuki Tsunoda might need to be considered, with the Japanese driver not able to "always be the bridesmaid".
Tsunoda has once again been overlooked for a promotion to the main team, with Liam Lawson to partner Max Verstappen next season following Sergio Perez's departure.

Max Verstappen has been voted unanimously as the best driver of the 2024 F1 season, by all 10 team principals.
Each team principal was asked by F1.com for their top 10 drivers of the season, with the current F1 point system used to add the ratings together to discover the outright top 10.

Historic grand prix host working on rapid return to F1 calendar
The government of South Africa, through its Sports, Arts and Culture department, has announced that it is bringing together a team of experts to examine a bid for a South African Grand Prix.
The African nation last hosted a race in 1993, however a return has been mooted for some time.
