The Cadillac Formula 1 team is to stage a global launch event ahead of the upcoming Miami Grand Prix.
The world premiere follows final approval from F1 in March that the team would become the 11th on the grid in 2026.
The showpiece occasion at Queen Miami Beach on May 3 has been described as a "red-carpet event" that will be "the cultural centrepiece of the [Miami] grand prix weekend", with the venue turned into the 'Cadillac Club'.
With the great and the good of the sport rubbing shoulders with Hollywood A-listers, guests will get an exclusive first look at the team’s branding for next season.
The event signifies a key moment for Cadillac, which started life as Andretti Formula Racing in answering a call from the FIA for an expansion of the F1 grid just over two years ago.
Although the FIA approved the bid and despite the inclusion of General Motors as a technical partner, F1 rejected the proposal for a variety of reasons, notably stating that it "did not believe the applicant would be a competitive participant".
In October last year, Michael Andretti stood down as CEO of Andretti Global, handing the reins to business partner Dan Towriss.
Via his TWG Motorsports division, Towriss, in tandem with GM committing itself to a power unit supply from 2028, convinced F1 of its bid that finally led to the sport's seal of approval.
In December, former Virgin Racing and Marussia CEO Graeme Lowdon was appointed as team principal after two years serving as an advisor to the team, which has its bases in Silverstone, and Fishers, Indiana.
