A handful of Formula 1 drivers are required to see the stewards in Shanghai following the chequered flag at the Chinese Grand Prix.
Both Daniel Ricciardo and Nico Hulkenberg have been called in an alleged breach of Article 55.8 of the sporting regulations, which relates to overtaking under a safety car.
Ricciardo retired from the race after being hit at the first safety car restart by Lance Stroll.
The incident left the RB driver fuming after learning Stroll pinned the blame on the Australian driver.
The summons also places Hulkenberg's point finish in danger after the Haas driver crossed the line in 10th place.

It marked Hulkenberg's third top 10 finish in the opening five rounds for Haas.
Pierre Gasly and Alpine have also been summoned over Article 3.2 and/or 34.14.d.
During a pit stop, Gasly moved off his box before the right rear tyre had been properly fitted to the car which caused a mechanic to fall over - however it is believed that the mechanic is uninjured.
The Frenchman crossed the line in 13th, matching his best result from a difficult start to the 2024 campaign.
