Max Verstappen's post-season plans have seen the four-time champion travel to Portugal to partake in another GT3 test.
The Dutchman has had several outings in touring car machinery this year, most notably at an endurance race around the Nordschleife, which he won alongside team-mate Chris Lulham.
Verstappen has long voiced his passion for endurance racing and has asserted he will seek to have more outings in that area of motorsport once his F1 career comes to a close.
His latest F1 campaign saw him miss out on a fifth title by just two points to Lando Norris at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
But just over one week on from the narrow title loss, Verstappen is back behind the wheel.
The 28-year-old has travelled to Estoril, a former host of the Portuguese Grand Prix, where he is tallying laps in a Mercedes AMG GT3, according to Endurance Info.
The test is reportedly being run with 2 Seas Motorsport, the team that ran Verstappen.com Racing's Aston Martin Vantage in the GT World Challenge Europe last season.
Also present at the track is Mercedes factory driver Jules Gounon.
Verstappen's latest outing continues his preparations for GT outings that may come in the future, as well as fulfilling the Dutchman's well-known love for driving.
His test outing in Portugal comes on the same day that F1 announced a return to the country in 2027, with a grand prix being held around Portimao.
