All of the leading contenders for victory in the Miami Grand Prix will enter the race in a stalemate if the race is dry.
Most of the leading contenders on the grid, including Max Verstappen and Lando Norris on the front-row, all have two sets of the hard C3 tyres and one new set of the C4 mediums.
Pirelli is expecting a straight-forward one-stopper, with drivers who start on the mediums stopping around Laps 19 to 25 before taking on the Hards.
As for the contra-strategy of starting on the Hards, these drivers would run until Laps 32 to 38 before stopping.
However, the dry strategies are expected to be redundant, given the possibility of heavy rain and thunderstorms in the race.
