Max Verstappen will be hoping to further hunt down the McLaren drivers and capitalise on his United States Grand Prix pole position.
After winning the Sprint, and with the double DNF for Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris, Verstappen's deficit in the championship is now 55 points - and he is primed to further eat into that lead.
Norris is second on the grid, and Piastri only sixth, meaning if the trio were to finish in their starting positions, Piastri would only be 12 points clear of Norris and 38 ahead of Verstappen with 141 left on the board.
But what will happen during the 56 laps, with Lewis Hamilton also not ruling out finally claiming that maiden GP podium for Ferrari from fifth?
