There is a blockbuster front-row for the 2025 F1 Chinese Grand Prix Sprint as Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen line up first and second.
For the first time since the very first Sprint race at the 2021 British GP, Hamilton is on pole, having out-paced Verstappen by just 0.018s, with Oscar Piastri also less than a tenth behind in third.
Lando Norris made a pair of mistakes on his SQ3 laps, leaving him sixth, with Liam Lawson last on the grid following struggle for Red Bull.
The Sprint will be 19 laps, one-third race distance, with drivers not required to make a mandatory pit-stop.
