It's time to set the starting grid for the sprint race!

The upcoming sprint qualifying session is the fifth of the season and second last to only Qatar later this month.

Max Verstappen is the undisputed king of sprint qualifying with nine poles to his name - his nearest challenger is Lando Norris, who has two.

However, Red Bull's struggling form of late means he will face a challenge to add a 10th sprint pole to his resumé today.

With a close championship fight in play, the starting positions for the sprint race which offers a boost in points, could be crucial to the outcome of the final standings.

Norris was fastest in the weekend's only practice session. Let's see who draws first blood for the Sao Paulo weekend in sprint qualifying!
