Charles Leclerc has teamed up with Eight Sleep, the world's leading sleep fitness company, to "redefine" his recovery ahead of the new F1 season getting underway.
The Ferrari driver, who will be partnered with seven-time F1 drivers' champion Lewis Hamilton at the Scuderia, comes on board to Eight Sleep as an ambassador and investor.
In doing so, he has joined over 300 professional athletes across various sports who use Eight Sleep to "optimise sleep" and "enhance their performance and recovery".
Those athletes include professional Tennis player Taylor Fritz, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, New York Yankee's star Aaron Judge and Jimmy Butler, who plays in the NBA.
"Partnering with Eight Sleep was a natural choice for me because they share my commitment to pursue excellence," said Leclerc.
"Sleeping on the Pod gives me so much feedback that is vital for my training - it tells me and my trainers how hard I should push myself, which is especially critical during the season when I can't afford to put too much pressure on the body given how demanding the races are.
"With these personalised insights, Eight Sleep has truly redefined how I approach sleep, giving me the edge to focus on the job and deliver on the track."

How Leclerc will enhance his recovery
Eight Sleep was named one of Fast Company's most innovative companies in 2019, 2022 and 2023 and was also recognised two years in a row by TIME's "Best Inventions of the Year".
Pod 4 Ultra, a product in Eight Sleep's range, is "clinically validated to increase sleep time by up to one hour per night."
Leclerc will be equipped with his pod throughout the F1 season to come, as he looks to mount a drivers' title challenge. The pod will enable him to "recover faster" and "perform at his peak" despite the demands of motorsport.
"Growing up in Italy, motorsport was a huge part of my life, whether it was racing myself, helping my dad fix his racing car in the garage, or watching races at home," said Matteo Franceschetti, co-founder and CEO at Eight Sleep.
"I’ve watched Charles’ trajectory since his early days and I understand the hard work and discipline he has put in to stay mentally and physically strong as a top athlete.
"Our partnership with Charles proves that the Pod’s world-class technology sets the standard for anyone looking to optimise their health and performance."
