Lando Norris and McLaren are at risk of a major Monaco Grand Prix penalty following a failure in second practice.
Early in the session, Norris's steering wheel shutdown as he exited the tunnel, with the world champion abandoning his car as marshals tried to push it clear.
However, they could not do this after pushing the Clutch Disengagement System button (CDS), which was not working.
Instead, the car was trollied away.
Norris and McLaren must attend the stewards at 19:00 local time in the Principality.
Last time out in Canada, Liam Lawson suffered a similar investigation after stropping in practice, with Racing Bulls being fined €30,000, €20,000 of which was suspended for 12 months notwithstanding any repeat.
