Lance Stroll has made F1 history at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix after being dumped out of Q1 during qualifying.
The Aston Martin driver will line up P16 for the race at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, but broke an unfortunate record in doing so.
It is the Canadian's 75th Q1 elimination during his F1 career, breaking the record of 74 previously held by former Haas driver Kevin Magnussen.
In addition to the Japanese and Bahrain Grands Prix, this is his third Q1 exit of the current season.
He was joined by Jack Doohan, Nico Hulkenberg, Esteban Ocon and Gabriel Bortoleto in the drop zone.
