Isack Hadjar retired from the British Grand Prix after a sizeable shunt into the barrier at Turn 9.
It marks the second time this year Hadjar has failed to see the chequered flag, following his non-start at the Australian Grand Prix.
In very wet conditions, Hadjar was following the train of cars shortly after a safety car restart.
As they approached the high-speed Copse corner, Hadjar made contact with the rear of Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli.
It sent him into a spin before colliding with the barriers, before he reported he was uninjured.
Hadjar asserted he couldn't see Antonelli through the poor visibility.
The Racing Bulls driver was the fourth retirement from the race, following Gabriel Bortoleto, Liam Lawson and Franco Colapinto.
The F1 stewards signalled they will investigate the crash after the end of the race.
