How Red Bull fooled everyone with the launch of their new F1 car

Red Bull have become the first of F1's front-running teams to reveal their 2022 F1 challenger, but seem to be keeping their cards close to their chest...

Christian Horner, Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez were all on hand as Red Bull showed off their new F1 car on Wednesday.

However, when the RB18 emerged, there were few differences to that of the show car produced by F1 last year – a disappointing outcome for eagle-eyed fans hoping to spot technical innovations and secrets on the new car.

Indeed, the biggest change concerned the livery as - while the now-traditional blue, red and yellow colour scheme remains - new title partner Oracle took centre stage with prominent branding across the car.
