Red Bull team principal Christian Horner believes Ferrari will once again pose a threat at the Mexico City Grand Prix.
The Italian squad enjoyed a strong outing last time out in the USA, with Charles Leclerc winning the race ahead of team-mate Carlos Sainz.
It marked its fourth win of the campaign as it looks to make a late threat in the constructors' championship - it currently sits 52 points down on leaders McLaren and just eight points behind Red Bull.
Having endured fluctuating form of late, Horner asserted it will likely be contending once again in Mexico this weekend.
“The form is moving from day to day, circuit to circuit,” Horner told media including RacingNews365.
“I think Ferrari has bought performance here [in USA]. They looked very strong, particularly in the race trim.
“Obviously, they sacrificed perhaps a little in qualifying to benefit in the race. I'm sure they'll be competitive in Mexico City.”

Horner provides verdict on US upgrades
Red Bull has had its own demons of late and has not taken to the top step of the podium since the Spanish Grand Prix in June.
It brought upgrades to Austin in a bid to fix its concerns, with Horner issuing a positive assessment of their performance after the race weekend.
"I think what it's done is brought the balance a bit closer together,” he said.
“So this disconnect between front and rear, it's brought more of a balance into the car. From the first lap, Max [Verstappen] was much more competitive.
"He was much happier with the car as soon as we got here. So that’s encouraging for some of the races coming up as well.
“The first part of this triple header, a sprint race weekend as well, it's as much as we could have hoped for coming out off the back of Singapore.”
