Haas has announced Banco Bradesco as its first Brazilian commercial partner, with confirmation ahead of the São Paulo Grand Prix weekend.

The timing is no coincidence. Rafael Camara, the Ferrari Driver Academy product signed by Haas on a multi-year deal alongside Oliver Bearman, is set to make his Formula 1 debut at Interlagos, replacing Esteban Ocon who has left the team.

Bradesco, one of Brazil's largest private financial institutions with a market valuation in the region of 45 billion dollars, has backed Camara since his Formula 3 campaign and has now followed him into the top flight.

The bank already carries a significant domestic motorsport footprint, sponsoring Brazilian Stock Car, TCR and Formula 4 Brasil.

The partnership is understood to be substantial, with guesses placing the annual value somewhere between 15 and 25 million US dollars.

That figure would sit comfortably within the range typically commanded by rear wing branding, one of the most visible and lucrative spaces on a Formula 1 car thanks to its constant exposure to rear-facing broadcast cameras.

Bradesco is set to take over that rear wing real estate, replacing Toyota Gazoo Racing in the position.

TGR's technical and commercial partnership with Haas, which began in late 2024 and has been reported to carry a combined value of around 25 million dollars annually, has provided prominent livery integration since its expansion into a title partnership.

Reaction from Haas and Banco Bradesco

Reacting, Haas boss Ayao Komatsu spoke of his pride that Banco Bradesco had chosen to enter F1 for the first time with his squad.

"We’re delighted to welcome Bradesco Bank as a partner of Haas F1 Team," he said.

"Bradesco’s entry into Formula 1 for the first time marks an exciting milestone for them as a brand leader, and we’re proud and excited that they’ve chosen to begin that journey with us.

"This is an opportunity to build a partnership that brings the bank closer to fans through the sport and its ever-growing international appeal.

"We look forward to building a strong relationship with Bradesco as we go racing next season and creating dynamic new customer-facing opportunities for them throughout the world."

Speaking on behalf of Banco Bradesco, executive vice president José Ramos Rocha Neto spoke of the similarities between F1 and the banking world.

"Partnering with Haas F1 Team marks an extraordinary milestone in projecting the Bradesco brand onto the highest echelon of global sport," he said.

"Formula 1 embodies innovation, technological precision, high performance, and sophistication, all seamlessly connected with the genuine emotion and passion of fans – attributes that directly reflect our corporate governance and long-term vision at Banco Bradesco.

"Furthermore, this alliance reinforces our enduring commitment to the future of Brazilian motorsport, standing firmly alongside the rising talent of Rafael Câmara and actively empowering the next generation of racing drivers in our country.

"We’re immensely proud to embark on this journey alongside Ayao Komatsu and the entire team, connecting our organisation to millions of passionate motorsport fans in Brazil and worldwide."
