George Russell has been slapped with a five-second time penalty for Monaco Grand Prix for speeding in the pit-lane, and risks another penalty.
Russell, who started in sixth place was bottled up behind the struggling Isack Hadjar of Red Bull, until he dived for an undercut attempt on Lap 32.
Hadjar responded next time around, but Russell cleared the ailing RB22 for a net fourth place.
However, he was pinged for speeding on the entry to the pit-lane, and received the customary five-second time penalty.
It was the same penalty handed out to Lewis Hamilton, who also sped in the pit-lane.
Russell has also been noted for crossing the white line at the pit-exit, which carries another five-second time penalty if proven guilty.
Franco Colapinto of Alpine was also handed a five-second penalty for pit-lane speeding.
