Gabriel Bortoleto has been taken to the medical centre as a precaution after a terrifying airborne crash on the final lap of the Brazilian Grand Prix Sprint.
The Brazilian driver suffered a huge crash at the first corner, which saw his car snap as he braked for Turn 1.
It sent Bortoleto's car into the wall on the inside of the corner, before it went back across the circuit at high-speed.
His car went airborne momentarily as it entered the run-off at the first corner, although made major contact with the barrier.
Bortoleto's car finally came to rest between the first and second corner, with a staggering amount of damage having been sustained.
Luckily, he managed to walk away from the accident and radioed to the team that he was OK. Stake F1 now face an enormous repair job ahead of qualifying.
