Red Bull's decision to hand Yuki Tsunoda a new power unit means there is a change to the starting grid for the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
Tsunoda, who had qualified a miserable 19th, will now start the 50-lap race from the pit lane due to his RB21 taking on a new internal combustion engine, turbocharger, MGU-H, MGU-K, and an exhaust.
That means Lewis Hamilton moves up one position to fill the grid slot vacated by Tsunoda. It remains the first time he starts a race from last position based on pure pace alone.
Up ahead of the seven-time F1 champion, Lando Norris lines up on pole position after a stunning effort in the rain in Sin City.
On a track not expected to suit the McLaren, Norris survived the treacherous, if drying conditions in Q3, to roar to his third pole in a row.
Team-mate Oscar Piastri was hampered by a yellow flag on his final run, leaving him only fifth behind Red Bull's Max Verstappen, Carlos Sainz in his Williams, and Mercedes' George Russell.
