The FIA is set to receive a near $2 million Formula 1 bonus next season, in the form of the 2025 F1 teams' entry fees.

Following the conclusion of the 2024 season, the teams' entry fees for next year have been calculated.

With a record 24 races taking place, more points were up for grabs. This has resulted in a financial boost for the governing body, based on the teams' entry fee formula.

Each team must pay the FIA a basic fee of $680,203, plus an extra $6,799 per point scored. For McLaren, the calculation is different, following its first constructors' title since 1998.

McLaren pays the same basic fee, but $8,161 per point scored. As it scored 666 points, McLaren must pay the FIA $6,115,429 to compete next year.

For the 2025 entry fees, the basic fee and fee per point have increased by 3.4%. On top of this, more points were scored due to the record-breaking number of races.

As a result, the FIA will receive $25,787,663, from the 10 teams' entry fees combined. This figure is $1,892,145 more than it received ahead of the 2024 F1 season.
