F1 title rivals Red Bull, McLaren and Ferrari are among the seven teams to have introduced updates for this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix.

The championship protagonists are covered by just 51 points in the standings, with McLaren now leading the way by 20 points from Red Bull, with Ferrari 31 further back.

It is the first time in 55 races, since the 2022 Spanish Grand Prix, that Red Bull has not led the way.

For the race at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, which proved to be the only blemish on its all-conquering campaign last year, Red Bull has enlarged the front brake duct exit.

This has been "designed and made to cope with the demands of Singapore", according to the team, given the constant 30-degree heat, even at night, with the race starting at 8pm local time.

Ferrari has upgraded its front wing which it claims "offers performance and downstream flow feature improvements over a wider polar range".

McLaren, meanwhile, has introduced a higher downforce beam wing, which is circuit specific, and increases overall aerodynamic load.

Four other teams have made tweaks, including Aston Martin which has altered the front-wing flap, "increasing the load generated by the front wing to balance the rear wing level expected to be run at this event".

Alpine has a new rear wing and VCARB a front wing, whilst Williams has made a major alteration to its suspension, notably the front wishbones, track rod and pushrod. There are also minor updates to some of the brake duct surfaces, boot panels, and chassis leg fairings.

According to Williams, "these changes condition the flow ahead of the surfaces that were updated for the Dutch GP. The revised onset flow helps deliver more local load from the previous update".

Mercedes, Haas and Stake are running unchanged cars for this event.
