For the sixth season in a row Team Principals in Formula 1 have voted who they think are the best drivers of the year on the grid.
In the poll conducted by F1.com, Team Principals from all 10 teams on the grid were asked to anonymously submit their top 10 drivers of the year.
These were then compiled using the current F1 points system, with the top driver in each list receiving 25 points down to one for 10th. Each were then combined to create a ranking, which you can see below.

Unsurprisingly it is Max Verstappen who tops the list for the third time in a row, after the Dutchman dominated the season with 19 wins and 12 poles.
He also set a number of records on the way to his third world title, achieving 240 points out of a maximum 250 and having bested his points tally from 2022 by 33 points.
Fernando Alonso came out second in the poll, six places on where he was last year after his impressive season at the wheel of the Aston Martin.
Lando Norris was third after achieving seven podiums following a mid-season turnaround for McLaren, which puts him three places up on the list compared to last year.
George Russell slipped the most places at six down to ninth on the list, while new entries include Oscar Piastri and Alex Albon following strong seasons.
