F1 fans deliver Ricciardo career boost

F1 fans have voted if they believe Daniel Ricciardo has done enough for an RB seat next season.

The vast majority of F1 fans believe Daniel Ricciardo has already done enough to stay with RB next season, following a poll on RacingNews365 .  Ricciardo has endured a difficult season so far and has scored 10 points fewer than Yuki Tsunoda, who has already received a new contract with the Red Bull sister team for next season. Despite a difficult opening 14 rounds for the eight-time F1 race winner, it was confirmed by Red Bull on the first day of the summer break that he would keep his seat for the remainder of the year.  He needs a strong 10 races to keep his seat for next season or warrant a promotion to potentially replace Sergio Perez.  However, 60% of voters already believe Ricciardo has done enough to stay with RB next year and is the Faenza-based outfit's best choice alongside Tsunoda.  9% of voters are unsure whether Ricciardo has done enough already, whilst 31% are convinced his time is up and that reserve driver Liam Lawson should be promoted for 2025.  Check out the full results below!
