What time does 2026 F1 Chinese GP Sprint Qualifying start?
For the first time in 2026, the sprint format will be used at a grand prix, with the third Chinese Grand Prix Sprint.
The 19-lap race will take place on Saturday, March 14th, but before that, on Friday, March 13th, the grid must be set.
Sprint qualifying will start at 15:30 local time, which is 07:30 GMT in the UK, with the shorter session running for around 44 minutes as opposed to the full hour of grand prix qualifying.
