Envision has announced it will continue to be powered by Jaguar powertrains in the upcoming Gen4 era of Formula E, extending the duo's long-term partnership.

The partnership began at the start of the Gen3 era, with next season to represent the fifth campaign of Envision being a Jaguar customer outfit.

Envision has enjoyed great success since being powered by Jaguar, the first big achievement being winning the teams' title in Season 9.

It is one of the most successful partnerships in Formula E, delivering 58 podiums, 23 wins and 13 pole positions together.

"Continuing our relationship with Jaguar into the Gen4 era is an important step for Envision Racing," said Envision team boss Sylvain Filippi.

"Over the past four seasons we've built a strong technical partnership founded on collaboration, innovation, and a shared ambition to compete at the highest level. Together we've celebrated race wins, podiums and a world championship each, and we believe there is more to come.

"Gen4 represents an exciting new chapter for Formula E, bringing an unprecedented level of performance alongside the championship's continued commitment to sustainability.

"Having the confidence of a proven partner gives us a strong platform from which to fight at the front, and we're excited to continue pushing the boundaries of electric racing together."

In Jaguar's case, having Envision as a customer outfit has been seamless, and significantly easier to manage than some other relationships in the paddock.

Continuing is a no-brainer, keeping a consistent relationship intact for the next era of the all-electric series.

"We have had an exceptional relationship with Envision Racing throughout the Gen3 era, and we’re delighted to be continuing this partnership as Formula E enters its next technological chapter," said Jaguar team principal Ian James.

"Over the past four seasons, our shared commitment to performance, innovation and electric racing excellence has delivered race wins, podiums, teams world championships and a manufacturers trophy that together we can be very proud of.

"As we move into Gen4, Jaguar’s focus remains on providing a world‑class powertrain and working closely with Envision to ensure both teams can compete at the very front of the grid. We look forward to building on the success we’ve achieved together and continuing to push the boundaries of all-electric racing innovation."
