The F1 title fight throughout the 2025 campaign looked to be between Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, with little to separate the pair for much of the year.
However, in the final stages of the season, Norris pulled away from Piastri and fended off a threat from Max Verstappen to seal his maiden championship.
McLaren asserted throughout the entire year that it was treating both drivers equally and providing identical chances to their pairing.
But former Alpine executive director Marcin Budkowski has suggested that McLaren may have unconscious bias within the team, which may have played against Piastri.
