Carlos Sainz is at risk of a punishment for the Monaco Grand Prix after being summoned for an alleged failure to comply with red flag rules.
The Williams driver has been summoned surrounding an incident during second practice on Friday evening, following Isack Hadjar's accident at the Nouvelle chicane.
If found to have failed to comply with the red flag rules, it would be a breach of Appendix H, Article 2.5.4.1 b) of the International Sporting Code.
He has been summoned to visit the stewards at 14:20 local time (13:20 BST) and faces a nervous wait, with Oliver Bearman having received a 10-place grid penalty for breaching the same rule.
Update: The stewards' verdict has been released, with no further action being taken.
