The Austrian Grand Prix will be held on July 4, 2021, at the Red Bull Racing Ring. Valtteri Bottas came out on top in 2020 with Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris rounding out the podium.

Held on the foothills of the picturesque Styrian Mountain ranges, the Austrian Grand Prix returned to the calendar in 2014 and remains one of F1’s shortest race tracks with a lap around the Red Bull Ring measuring only 4.3km. Since it’s return the race has been dominated by Mercedes who have taken five wins in the last seven races. Interestingly enough, seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton has only won once on the circuit in 2016.

Red Bull and Max Verstappen are the only ones that have been able to break the Mercedes stranglehold winning back to back races in 2018 and 2019. The 2020 race was won by Valtteri Bottas who dominated the event from pole position ahead of Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris, who landed on the podium for the first time in his F1 career.
