Yuki Tsunoda suggested that after qualifying, he would start from the pit lane for the Spanish Grand Prix, and that is exactly the route Red Bull has decided to take with the Japanese driver.

Tsunoda qualified 20th and last after struggling for confidence with his RB21. Red Bull has opted to change the rear wing on the car and made additional set-up changes, breaking parc fermé conditions in doing so, and incurring a pit-lane start penalty.

It is the second significant change to the grid after Lance Stroll withdrew from the race on Saturday evening following medical advice.

The Aston Martin driver had qualified in 14th but pain in his wrists has forced him to pull out. As Aston's decision was announced before confirmation of the official starting grid, every driver below the Canadian moves up a slot.

Oscar Piastri will start from pole position at the Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya, with McLaren team-mate Lando Norris alongside him. Max Verstappen completes the top three on the grid.

See below where the drivers are set to start the Spanish GP on Sunday!

NOTE: Grid remains provisional until officially confirmed by the FIA.
