The Bahrain International Circuit hosts the fourth round of the 2025 F1 championship this weekend.

The track has been a consistent fixture on the F1 calendar since it made its debut in 2004 and in recent years it has been the location of the season-opening grand prix.

For 2025, however, it was shifted back to round four but still hosted pre-season testing - meaning teams have a lot of fresh data at the track.

But what weather conditions can the teams and drivers expect when they hit the track this weekend?

The first free practice session will get underway at 14:30 local time when the sun will be shining brightly. A moderate northerly wind will accompany a temperature of 30°C.

The sun will be setting during the second practice session at 18:00 local time with the temperature lower compared to FP1, which will likely dip further throughout the session.

Final practice on Saturday will once again take place under a scorching sun with a temperature of roughly 31°C forecast, as well as a moderate northeasterly wind.

Qualifying will be held under the lights with the session getting underway at 18:00. Temperatures will remain warm but down from the figure from earlier in the day, with a 27°C heat predicted.

The race on Sunday will commence at 18:00 local time, 24 hours after qualifying. Throughout the day, temperatures of 30°C are forecast.

However, these will drop as the race gets underway and as darkness settles on the track.

No rain is expected throughout the weekend, a typical trait of the Bahrain event.
