Alex Lynn roared to pole position for the 2025 Sao Paulo 6 Hours in a Cadillac one-two as Eduardo Barrichello scored LMGT3 pole.
Lynn, in the #12 Cadillac Jota out-paced the #38 sister car including Jenson Button in its crew by 0.100s as the balance of performance changes hampered Ferrari, with the Le Mans-winning #51 of Robert Kubica, Yifei Ye and Phil Hanson ninth with the works cars down in 14th and 17th.
In LMGT3, Barrichello, the son of Ferrari F1 legend Rubens, banked pole at his father's home track.
