Max Verstappen has secured his third pole position of the 2024 Formula 1 season, besting his rivals to the top spot.

The three-time World Champion was almost three-tenths of a second ahead of the competition with Carlos Sainz, who has returned to the cockpit following surgery in Saudi Arabia, taking the second spot on the grid.

Sergio Perez was third while Lando Norris secured fourth place ahead of the second Ferrari of Charles Leclerc.
