Max Verstappen took his second fastest lap of the day to complete a Friday clean sweep at the Japanese Grand Prix.
The Red Bull driver finished 0.320 seconds faster than Ferrari's Charles Leclerc having set a 1:30.688.
Lando Norris finished a place ahead of Carlos Sainz to take a second top three of the day, with George Russell in fifth for Mercedes.
Fernando Alonso was sixth for Aston Martin ahead of Alex Albon's Williams and the second McLaren of Oscar Piastri, with each within a second of the fastest effort set by Verstappen.
Sergio Perez and Valtteri Bottas completed the top 10.
