Max Verstappen will headline the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed (FOS), with the Dutchman finally to make his debut in the prestigious event.

The reigning world champion will be part of a significant Red Bull presence at the event being held from the 12th - 14th July.

Red Bull's large presence, which includes Sergio Perez and team principal Christian Horner, is due to the team celebrating its 20th anniversary.

Verstappen's debut is one of the biggest moments in the history of the FOS, with the 26-year-old to tackle the famous Goodwood Hill in his RB16B – the car in which he defeated Lewis Hamilton to the 2021 title.

The current Red Bull F1 team will be joined by several former Red Bull drivers on the final day of the FOS, with Daniel Ricciardo, David Coulthard, Christian Klien and Mark Webber to also be driving up the hill.

It is the first time in the history of the FOS that an F1 team will celebrate to such an extent.

“In its 31-year history, this is the first time that the Festival of Speed has celebrated a Formula 1 team on this scale,” said The Duke of Richmond, founder of the Festival of Speed.

“To have both the current drivers – not to mention the reigning world champion – the CEO and team principal, as well as team icons, is fantastic.”

Who is driving what car?

As mentioned, Verstappen will tackle the hill in the car he claimed his first world title in, whilst Perez will be driving Red Bull's 2022 car.

Red Bull's first F1 car – the RB1 – will be driven by Klien, who raced for the Milton Keynes-based outfit in 2005 and 2006, marking him part of its first F1 line-up.

Webber will drive the RB6, which Sebastian Vettel drove in 2010 on his way to his and Red Bull's first title, whilst Coulthard will be behind the wheel of the RB9.

Ricciardo is set to drive the RB7, with the team principal to tackle the hill in the RB8.

As well as a staggering number of current and ex-Red Bull drivers showcasing Red Bull's F1 cars, its RB17 Hypercar will also be unveiled!
