F1 championship leader Max Verstappen has revealed a special crash helmet design for the Dutch Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver will return to his home crowd with a 125-point advantage over teammate Sergio Perez in the quest for a third Drivers' title having won eight races in a row from Miami to the Belgian Grand Prix. Verstappen could equal the record for most consecutive Grand Prix victories at Zandvoort and join Sebastian Vettel and Alberto Ascari on nine. Last season, Verstappen paid tribute to his father Jos' former helmet design when winning in front of a jubilant Dutch crowd. This year, however, he has elected for a design that is more akin to his traditional look, albeit adjusted to accommodate the blue, white and red of the Dutch flag.
