Verstappen last to first on day of mayhem in Miami

Max Verstappen finished last in the Miami Sprint after a huge 10-second time penalty, but immediately bounced back to claim pole position for the Miami Grand Prix. The Miami Sprint was a chaotic affair, as heavy rain triggered a disruption, several accidents and plenty of penalties.
