Charles Leclerc claimed a comfortable victory at the Circuit of the Americas, ahead of Carlos Sainz who completed a Ferrari one-two.
Max Verstappen finished third after Lando Norris received a five-second time penalty for overtaking the reigning world champion off the circuit.
A track invasion was seen taking place whilst drivers were performing their cool-down lap, with a representative from US race management to visit the stewards at 18:15 local time.
