Sergio Perez and Franco Colapinto are to start the Qatar Grand Prix sprint race from the pit-lane following parc ferme breaches.
Perez had qualified 16th for Red Bull as his misery continues with Colapinto 20th and slowest for Williams.
Both the Mexican and Argentine have opted to make changes to the suspension set-ups on their cars, meaning the pair must start from the pit-lane.
It leaves 18 cars set to take to the grid itself.
Perez is also facing a stewards investigation for an alleged breach of the safety car line rules in sprint qualifying.
