Lando Norris secured his second career pole position in Barcelona and is set to lead the field away for the start of the Spanish Grand Prix.

Joining the McLaren driver on the front row is Max Verstappen, who is looking to exit the weekend with an extended championship lead.

A strong showing from Lewis Hamilton sees him line up in third place alongside team-mate George Russell.

The Alpine cars also managed to move into the top 10 amid a difficult start to the year, while Sergio Perez's grid penalty drops him to 11th on the grid. Logan Sargeant also received a three-place grid penalty, but already qualified in last.

Alex Albon was due to start 19th, but Williams has changed power unit components on his car, meaning he must start from the pit-lane.

This promotes Logan Sargeant from 20th and last to 19th, despite having suffered a three-place grid drop for impeding Lance Stroll.
