The final Spanish Grand Prix starting grid remains under review after an investigation into Lance Stroll was delayed.
The Canadian driver was called to see the stewards for an alleged breach of the sporting regulations after failing to be weighed in the correct manner following his Q2 exit.
UPDATE: Lance Stroll has withdrawn from the Spanish Grand Prix on medical grounds
Rules dictate that after a driver is eliminated from qualifying, they must be weighed immediately, and if they have returned to their garage after a segment, proceed down the pit-lane to the FIA weighing area.
However, FIA technical delegate Jo Bauer reported that Stroll had stayed in the garage for five minutes and then did not proceed to the scales via the pit-lane.
The rules are in place to ensure that drivers do not have equipment added to their race suits or take on fluids until they have been officially weighed, with their weight then added to the car itself.
Stroll was called to see the stewards at 17:45 local time, but at 19:36 local time, the FIA issued the final qualifying classification with a note saying that Stroll's investigation was delayed "due to unforeseen circumstances."
