Esteban Ocon was involved in an opening lap collision with team-mate Pierre Gasly last weekend in Monaco, much to the frustration of team principal Bruno Famin.

Speculation has been swarming over Esteban Ocon and his future within the Alpine team following the Monaco Grand Prix. The Frenchman made contact with team-mate Pierre Gasly on the opening lap and subsequently retired from the race. Alpine team principal Bruno Famin warned there would be “consequences” for the incident - leading to suggestions that Ocon's time within the team is at an end.
