Carlos Sainz has provided an update from hospital after undergoing an appendectomy in Saudi Arabia. After feeling ill on Wednesday, Sainz missed media day, but returned to drive in practice for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. However, on Friday morning, he withdrew having been diagnosed with appendicitis, being replaced by Oliver Bearman, who qualified 11th with team-mate Charles Leclerc taking second behind Max Verstappen. The Spanish driver took to social media after qualifying to provide an update and send his wishes to Leclerc and Bearman. Check it out below!
