With Isack Hadjar having a 30-place grid penalty, the Frenchman gave Verstappen a huge tow, making a massive difference come the final part of qualifying. Lando Norris secured third but starts from 13th due to a grid penalty, while Lewis Hamilton's car failed to feel the same after a big accident in third practice.
