Red Bull are in discussions with Daniel Ricciardo about a potential return to the Milton Keynes team for the Australian.
Having been confirmed to be leaving McLaren at the end of the season, Ricciardo is without a race seat for the 2023 season.
Ricciardo has previously expressed an openness to taking a reserve driver role for 2023, with the aim of securing a race seat the following year.
The eight-time Grand Prix winner is believed to have been in talks with Mercedes about a reserve role.
However, RacingNews365 has learned that Red Bull have also opened talks with the 33-year-old.
Ricciardo last represented Red Bull in 2018, where he spent five seasons and secured seven of his eight F1 wins.
