Just five weeks ago, Sergio Perez's future at Red Bull appeared secure after signing a contract extension with the team.
How times have quickly changed as the Mexican driver's form has slumped alarmingly to such an extent Red Bull's defence of its constructors' championship is coming under serious threat.
Perez has scored just 15 points in his past six races, compared to 103 over the first six to leave Red Bull just 71 points ahead of Ferrari and 78 clear of McLaren.
RacingNews365 recently reported there are clauses in Perez's contract that if he is 100 points and five places behind team-mate Max Verstappen after the Belgian Grand Prix then the team could bring in a replacement.
At the moment, Perez is 137 points adrift of the three-time F1 champion and is sixth in the drivers' standings but only seven points ahead of George Russell and eight in front of Lewis Hamilton, with the Mercedes duo on form in a vastly improved car.
If Perez is axed, Red Bull has a few options up its sleeve, but who would you choose? Vote in the poll below, or let us know in the comments section if you have an alternative to the main candidates.
