Pierre Gasly has spent almost $5 million on a luxury new home in Miami.
The Alpine driver has purchased a four-bedroom, four-bathroom 'sky home', featuring a private elevator and a terrace with views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami.
The property is part of the Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences, a 49-story tower comprising 338 condominium residences, and named after Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who has ventured into the residential property market for the first time.
"From the moment this opportunity was introduced to me, it felt like a natural fit," said Gasly. "As an F1 driver, my life is constantly on the move, so having a home where every detail is handled means everything.
"Miami Tropic Residences offers the effortless living, thoughtful design, and level of service I value — all in the heart of a city that has become a true global gathering place. The walkability, culture, and energy of the Design District perfectly reflect the lifestyle I enjoy."
The amenities at the property span over five full floors and include an eighth-floor pool deck, resident-only restaurant and bar, rooftop pool, private dining room, library, juice bar, mini-market with a grab-and-go café, flowers and gifts, lounge spaces, and many other hospitality and wellness-driven areas.
"We are proud to support Pierre in this milestone investment in Miami," said Hans Baumgartner, president of Miami Real Investment.
"His appreciation for sophisticated architecture, refined design, and world-class lifestyle experiences aligns naturally with the type of projects we curate for our clients.
"Guiding him toward such an iconic development has been a privilege, and we look forward to accompanying him in this next chapter of his real estate portfolio."
