Sergio Perez will visit the stewards ahead of qualifying for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, following an incident in third practice.
The Red Bull driver was summoned for potentially impeding Carlos Sainz, who he came close to colliding with on Friday.
Both Perez and Sainz visited the stewards after second practice on Friday for a separate incident, with just a warning having been given to the Ferrari driver.
On Friday, it was Sainz at fault, whilst Perez was to blame in third practice. Perez was cruising along the racing line on the approach to Turn 15, whilst Sainz was on a hot lap behind.
The Spaniard locked-up and cut to the inside of the chicane to avoid making contact with Perez, whilst the Red Bull driver attempted to take a wide line to get out of the way.
