Sergio Perez has unsurprisingly left Red Bull following a wretched end to the past season.
Perez's time with the Milton Keynes-based team is over after it missed out on retaining its constructors' championship, finishing third, 77 points behind McLaren, resulting in a significant drop in revenue.

Verstappen starting number choice formally announced
Max Verstappen will continue to race under the number one next season, having secured his fourth-consecutive F1 drivers' title.
It was already expected the Dutchman would retain the champion-reserved number, but the official 2025 F1 entry has removed any doubt.

Verstappen reveals 'honest' Mercedes F1 conversation
Max Verstappen has revealed that he did speak with Mercedes, in what he described as an "honest" conversation.
Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff highlighted how he would like to work with Verstappen several times this year, with the Dutchman acknowledging that talks did happen.

Norris ended the 2024 season as the runner-up in the drivers' standings, with his late-season surge on Verstappen in the standings falling short.

Verstappen loses key figure from Red Bull
Max Verstappen will have a new engineer in his backroom for the 2025 F1 season.
Michael Manning, who has served as Verstappen's trackside control engineer since the Dutchman joined Red Bull in May 2016, has decided he no longer wants to attend all 24 grands prix per season, according to De Telegraaf.
Horner has his final say as Perez Red Bull era ends
Christian Horner has hailed Sergio Perez's impact on Red Bull after the Mexican driver announced his departure from the team.
In an amicable exit, Perez has left after four seasons at Red Bull, even though he had a contract for 2025 that was signed in early June.
