Reigning Formula E world champion Oliver Rowland has demanded improvement from Nissan following yet another poor result in wet conditions, after suffering from the "same issue" as last year.
Wet weather has proven to be a real problem for Nissan over the past 12 months, with it being the sole condition in which both Rowland and Norman Nato have faced immense difficulties.
Last weekend’s Miami E-Prix was a challenging event in general for Rowland, who qualified 14th and finished 12th.
However, Rowland’s struggles started from the very beginning in practice, with him wondering if he had a front-tyre issue.
Asked for his thoughts on the weekend, Rowland told RacingNews365: "Yeah, just no real rhythm. Not so much [a lack of] confidence. Not sure if I had a front-tyre issue in practice, which just meant that I had no confidence.
"I got a bit lost with the car. Ended up crap, to be honest."

Rowland disappointment
While the Briton has claimed some strong results in the wet over the last year – he finished second in Tokyo and Monaco – it has tended to be when Nissan has struggled the most.
Miami marked Rowland’s first non-points finish of his title defence, which saw him slip to fourth in the standings.
Crucially, he remains just six points adrift of championship leader Nick Cassidy, who also failed to finish in the top 10.
When it was highlighted that Cassidy also failed to score points, Rowland responded: "But, I mean, it’s nothing to do with the championship right now. It’s more principle. It’s disappointing to not be competitive.
"It’s disappointing to still have the same issues as one year ago, to be honest. We need to improve."
Rowland does not have long to wait to bounce back, with next weekend marking the fourth and fifth rounds of the season in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
During his title-winning campaign, Jeddah was one of Rowland’s strongest circuits, leaving him intrigued as to whether that will be repeated.
Looking ahead to Jeddah, Rowland said: "I’m really interested, because I’ve been banging the drum that the others have improved, so we’ll see there."
