Nissan has revealed its new car and livery for the upcoming Formula E season, but also the completion of a brand-new factory.
It has updated its popular cherry blossom livery which has been a fan favourite for the past two seasons, with it being a reference to the team's Japanese roots and new beginnings.
The Japanese manufacturer made a huge step last season and finished fourth in the teams' championship.
Oliver Rowland's return to the team was pivotal to this step, as the Briton also finished fourth in the FE drivers' standings.
He remains with Nissan for S11 and recently received significant praise from Max Verstappen. For the upcoming campaign, Rowland has switched numbers and will now use #23.
“It’s been good to re-charge after a busy year, but I’ve still been preparing for Season 11, making sure I’m in good shape both physically and mentally," said Rowland.
"It’s great to have the new workshop fully in action, I’ve been really impressed by the facilities. The location is ideal and it sets a high bar for ourselves, showing our ambition to continue improving and fighting at the front.
"There are a few areas to get on top of with the GEN3 Evo, including the all-wheel drive technology, but we’ll look to iron everything out and be ready to take up the fight from the first race.”

By introducing to the world the Nissan e-4ORCE 05, the Paris-based team has become the second outfit to reveal its new car – DS Penske launched on Wednesday morning.
As mentioned, the team has also confirmed the completion of a new factory in the south of Paris – near its main offices – which is fully operational ahead of the season starting.
The facility which is over 2,600 square metres, is dedicated solely to the Nissan FE outfit, and features a workshop, simulator, engineering and management offices, as well as display, meeting and multipurpose areas.
Rowland, of course, is not the only Nissan driver who will benefit, as will his new team-mate, Norman Nato.
Nato has returned to Nissan after replacing Sacha Fenestraz, with the Frenchman having also been hugely impressed by the new facilities.
“I’m delighted to be back with team and I already feel comfortable straight away with the car, simulator and staff," said Nato.
"The biggest change has been the excellent new workshop, allowing us to prepare and debrief from races in amazing conditions, with the highest level equipment available to us.
"The updated livery is really cool, keeping our Japanese identity and the fans love it, making us so recognisable on-track. I can’t wait to start this GEN3 Evo era in Valencia testing, before heading out to Brazil for the season opener!"
