New Alpine livery potentially 'leaked' by Briatore

Flavio Briatore has caused a stir on social media by seemingly leaking the French team's new livery in a now-deleted post.

On Wednesday afternoon, Flavio Briatore, Alpine's executive advisor, posted a video on his Instagram Story. It simply referred to a marketing meeting of the team, but a bunch of papers on the table sparked considerable noise as it appeared Alpine's new blue-and-pink livery was on display. Last season, Alpine appeared at the start of the season with a predominantly black livery. By the end of the year, it was pink and black. In between, elements of blue were prominent. Whether Briatore made a mistake is unclear, but the video has since been removed. Have we seen the new livery too soon?  View the footage below!
